QUILTING GROUP
The Holy Family Circle of Quilters has been making quilts for the past seven years. We get together once a week on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 am in classroom 7 during the fall and winter seasons, putting together quilts we later raffle. We also make lap quilts for shut-ins and small quilts for children.
We use our money from the raffles to buy fabric for the next projects and give the rest away. We like to give to the youth ministry for their summer missionary trips and to NATH. We have also bought a vacuum cleaner for the American Legion Camp for cleaning their summer cabins.
The Quilters enjoy the sociability of our regular meetings, and new members—either beginners or experienced quilters are always welcome! For more information on this ministry please call Mary Fricke at 715-439-3618.
