Pastoral Care 

Pastoral Care  Ministry is dedicated to keeping all members of Holy Family vitally connected to the church by reaching out to the homebound and those in hospitals or hospice. These visits provide the blessing of the Eucharist and a warm outreach to those who are shut-in, sick, or lonely. Pastoral Care Ministers are focused on listening, praying, and caring. We visit those who are home-bound or needing special assistance, those in hospitals and assisted living facilities and families with special needs. Additionally, we will offer ways for the parishioners we visit to participate in various ministries of our church.
