What is Following Christ?

Following Christ is a seven-week course in basic Catholic discipleship. The goal of the course is to help those who have completed Discovering Christ to grow in their relationship with the Lord Jesus. By the grace of God, this is accomplished through praying together, the teachings, discussion, and support from one another in applying some of the basic disciplines and truths that have been practiced by Christians from the time of the early Church.

Who should attend Following Christ?

The Following Christ course is the second course in the three-curriculuum series of ChristLife. Following Christ is open to all yet is best suited for those who have completed Discovering Christ, as it builds upon what participants learned and experienced in Discovering Christ. Holy Family plans to host Discovering Christ again in fall, 2025.

Following Christ includes 10 talks spread out over seven weekly sessions and a day retreat. After the talks, you can share your thoughts in a small group (and talk as much or as little as you wish). It’s all done in a warm, friendly, and judgment-free environment.

Seven Monday Nights: January 6 – February 17 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

No cost to participate. Light snacks / desserts included.

Retreat Day: Saturday, February 8
